The TWF Journey
After completing my certification to become a Personal Trainer, my journey began at Fitness First in Sydney.
I was very successful with a large client base. I loved my job and was very passionate about helping my clients achieve their very best.
My journey was put on hold to have my first child. I enjoyed being a new mum but missed working so I decided to start a home-based personal training business.
I resumed training some of my clients from the gym and new clients who found me by word of mouth.
I ran my home business for about 12mths when the news came that I was pregnant with twins. The decision was made to move to Brisbane to be closer to family.
When my twins were 5mths old, I started to build up a home based personal training studio once again. I trained clients between feeds and nappy changes and every dollar earned was put towards equipment.
Soon I was blessed with a client base larger than I had ever expected.
Deep down, I had a dream of opening up some kind of women’s only fitness facility.
I carried on doing personal training and moved houses 3 times in an 8 year period with my clients following me everywhere I went.
In 2019 my home business hit capacity and I decided to take a leap of faith and open up that facility that I had been dreaming about.
